WELCOME
The President, Committee and Volunteers of Courthouse Gallery Inc. welcome you. The Yarram Courthouse Gallery is a community art space located in picturesque Yarram, Victoria. It is run by a dedicated team of Yarram Courthouse Gallery, Inc, volunteers with support from the staff, clients & volunteers of our friends, Mirridong Services, Inc. The heritage listed building we are situated in, is the former Yarram Magistrates Court. It has a unique architectural design and was built in 1906 using dedicated and talented craftsmen. The Gallery is open every day and shares its home with the local Tourist Information Services and a Gift Shop selling locally made arts and crafts style giftware.

A section for artists seeking gallery space
Artists, both local and from around the State have displayed their work at Yarram Courthouse Gallery, many who have exhibited in places as far and wide as Europe and USA. We have regular exhibitions of visual and creative arts with artworks ranging from traditional oil paintings, vibrant textiles, pottery, mosaics and more extensive pieces such as 12 foot high lamps made from tree trunks and 5 foot high wooden spinning tops.
Artists are welcome to submit proposals to the committee through our contact form below. Exhibitions run for a four week period.
Gallery members work with exhibitors to provide assistance in arranging exhibitions and openings as well as the creation of all digital and print media. Exhibitions are currently booked several months in advance so if you wish to exhibit in our gallery, it is advised you book early!

Honorary Life Member
STELLA CORMACK
Stella has served as a dedicated volunteer and/or Committee Member of YCHG since c. 2008. During her tenure with YCHG, Inc., Stella held the position of Treasurer for some eight years, a role that she held with pride. Stella has always taken an active role when it comes to hanging each new exhibition that has been held at YCHG and as such, she has long been regarded as a valued member of the ‘Hanging Team’. Coming from a background in the study of the Fine Arts, Stella has brought a wealth of knowledge to the Committee and her opinion and knowledge has always been sought after and appreciated.
Yarram Courthouse Gallery, Inc. is delighted to present Stella with its’ inaugural ‘Honorary Life Member’ award.
